Lead and coordinate clinical placements, adjunct faculty, and clinical education delivery for the School of Nursing. Maintain affiliations and contracts, conduct adjunct orientation and faculty development, analyze assessment data, perform community outreach, and teach one course per semester to promote student success.

Lead enrollment strategy and execution for undergraduate, graduate, and adult learners. Build and manage recruitment teams, oversee the full admissions pipeline, use Slate CRM and data dashboards to track metrics, coordinate marketing-integrated outreach, manage travel and events, supervise staff, and serve as acting VP when needed to achieve sustained enrollment growth.

Provide strategic, academic, and operational leadership for the School of Nursing. Oversee program development, accreditation compliance, faculty hiring and development, budgeting, enrollment and student success initiatives, community and clinical partnerships, grant seeking, and reporting to the Chief Academic Officer. Promote faculty research, curriculum quality, and institutional strategic goals while representing the school externally.
