Reviews and processes research proposals and sponsored awards for institutional, state, and sponsor compliance. Advises principal investigators and departmental staff on budgets, scopes of work, regulatory approvals, and sponsor systems. Facilitates proposal submissions, award agreements, budget adjustments, subawards, extensions, reporting, and closeout activities. Provides administrative and financial oversight of sponsored programs and exercises delegated signature authority.

Manage more than 200 events annually from booking through execution and invoicing. Coordinate clients, vendors, catering, audiovisual services, room setups, contracts, insurance, billing, and event troubleshooting. Respond to RFPs, conduct tours, prepare quotes, support re-booking and sales efforts, track inquiries in event-management software, and assist with testimonials, referrals, social media, reporting, and process improvement.

Designs, implements, and maintains enterprise cybersecurity systems across university infrastructure, networks, cloud environments, and research systems. Configures security platforms, manages identity and access services, leads incident response and investigations, develops automation, supports zero-trust and cloud security architectures, and conducts security reviews. The role also supports HIPAA, FERPA, PCI-DSS, CMMC, and NIST compliance, documents technical processes, collaborates across IT teams, and mentors colleagues.
