Coordinate planning and execution of donor engagement programs and annual giving services; supervise student interns and specialists; administer GiveCampus GO and other donor platforms (TED, video email); manage outreach scheduling and donor communications; track performance reports and reconcile transactions; create documentation, cross-train staff, liaise with Foundation departments, and identify process improvements.

Serve as liaison between business and technical teams to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, configure enterprise systems, create documentation (use cases, functional specs, user stories), execute test plans, support production, and lead process improvement and release prioritization for UIF enterprise applications.

Manage processing, compliance, and reconciliations for charitable gift annuity and life income programs, operating bank accounts, and endowment administration. Administer annuity contracts and payments, prepare tax packages and regulatory filings, reconcile subsidiary records to the general ledger, perform daily/monthly bank reconciliations, prepare balance sheet reconciliations, and support audits, process improvements, and coverage for endowment tasks.
