Manage IT projects from initiation through close, ensuring budget, schedule, scope, and stakeholder communication. Develop work plans, schedules, estimates, resource plans, and status reports; facilitate team meetings and track performance, milestones, and resource capacity. Serve as subject matter expert for project and resource management software and apply project management methodologies to realign schedules and expectations as needed.

Provide coordination and operational support for project intake, prioritization, portfolio reporting, governance committees, and IT project execution. Prepare reports and presentations, document meetings and action items, assist Project Managers with schedules, budgets, resource plans, status reporting, and collect performance metrics. Facilitate meetings, promote project/resource management tools, and lead small-to-medium projects under PMO guidance.
