Manages the design, installation, commissioning, scheduling, and financial performance of building automation projects involving HVAC, lighting, security controls, BAS/BMS, and OT networks. Coordinates engineers, technicians, subcontractors, clients, and contractors; reviews control drawings and technical submittals; monitors costs and profitability; resolves project issues; and ensures compliance with safety regulations, building codes, cybersecurity standards, and healthcare requirements.

Designs, programs, installs, commissions, and troubleshoots building automation systems for HVAC and facility management. Develops DDC control logic, operator GUIs, and sequences of operation; integrates HVAC, lighting, and security systems using BACnet and Modbus; interprets schematics, documents as-built systems, tests performance, and supports installation technicians and subcontractors.

Installs, programs, commissions, troubleshoots, and maintains building automation, HVAC control, and energy management systems. Diagnoses advanced electrical, electronic, DDC, networking, sensor, actuator, valve, and VFD issues; modifies HVAC sequences and graphics; optimizes energy use; documents repairs and firmware updates in CMMS; and coordinates with contractors, engineers, and vendors during system startups.
