Leads strategic and operational procurement for academic, operational, and capital equipment needs. Manages sourcing initiatives, RFX processes, contract negotiations, supplier relationships, procurement governance, compliance, risk, savings tracking, and implementation. Partners with internal stakeholders and UHN teams to develop procurement strategies, manage complex cross-functional projects, prepare business cases and financial analyses, and provide recommendations to senior leadership. Ensures alignment with public procurement laws, trade agreements, and organizational policies.

Provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Princess Margaret Commercialization team. Responsibilities include managing calendars and meetings, maintaining Wellspring and agreement records, coordinating Innovation Accelerator activities, monitoring shared communications, supporting reception and inquiries, processing expenses, assisting with projects, and improving administrative processes. The role requires strong organization, communication, customer service, confidentiality, attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and workflow systems.

Performs financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, reconciliation, variance analysis, and clinical financial data modeling. Prepares monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and dashboards, supports month-end close, analyzes financial and operational trends, and provides data-driven recommendations to hospital leaders. Collaborates with program managers, directors, and corporate finance teams on funding, case costing, audits, cost savings, and revenue opportunities.
