Provides complex, confidential administrative support to the President/CEO, Board of Directors, executives, and leadership. Coordinates executive and board meetings, retreats, agendas, events, and communications; prepares board packages and data reviews; drafts and edits correspondence and documents; maintains corporate files; and supports executive data preparation and analysis. Requires strong organization, communication, confidentiality, deadline management, and proficiency with office software.

Owns the strategy, growth, profitability, retention, compliance, and lifecycle management of consumer and business deposit products. Develops roadmaps, analyzes performance, builds business cases, leads enhancements and implementations, manages vendors, and partners cross-functionally across marketing, finance, technology, operations, risk, and compliance. The role also focuses on member experience, digital account opening, deposit retention, account continuity, beneficiary planning, and wealth transfer readiness.

Manage delinquent member accounts across loans and credit products by contacting members, negotiating repayment arrangements, using collection tools, performing skip tracing, recommending repossession/foreclosure, documenting actions, and ensuring regulatory compliance while maintaining professional member relations.
