Teams at University Credit Union

Support payment operations by establishing and maintaining credit/debit/ATM/online bill pay accounts, handling lost/stolen cards, fraud/dispute claims, wire processing, ACH exceptions, and troubleshooting digital banking services. Provide member support, cross-sell products, and assist with payments projects and related operations tasks.

Manage high-touch member relationships for UCLA communities to improve deposit and member retention. Use member and account data to identify risk and outreach opportunities, educate on beneficiary/account-continuity and fraud prevention, coordinate cross-functional outreach, and track outcomes to improve retention and member experience.

Manage and support digital banking platforms, coordinate vendors, triage tickets, run UAT, produce analytics and member segmentation, deliver executive reporting, and identify UX improvements to drive digital adoption and engagement.
