Supports the Center’s digital communications and public presence through social media, website, newsletters, video platforms, and promotional materials. Responsibilities include event photography and videography, audiovisual support for Zoom and live events, video uploads, content maintenance, newsletter production, flyer creation, annual report layout, basic data visualization, and event logistics. The role works under guidance, supports afternoon and evening programs, and may attend occasional off-campus events.

Senior strategic leader supporting fundraising, operations, and organizational initiatives for Medicine and Biological Sciences Development. Manages major gifts portfolio, teams (up to 30 staff), research/analytics, donor relations, outreach, and marketing. Drives affiliate and international fundraising, partners with senior leadership and trustees, represents the Vice President, and leads campaign execution, special projects, prospect cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship to meet ambitious philanthropic goals.

Support BSD Facilities Services by developing and maintaining BI solutions, data models, ETL pipelines, and dashboards. Manage space management systems, integrations (APIs, SSO), automation, and reporting to inform space planning and operational decisions. Coordinate upgrades, surveys, and executive reporting while ensuring security, compliance, and stakeholder collaboration.
