Manages pre- and post-award sponsored research administration, including proposal development, budgets, award setup, compliance monitoring, financial reporting, cost allocations, invoicing, subawards, sponsor reports, modifications, and grant closeout. Advises faculty and research staff on university and sponsor requirements, monitors expenditures and effort reporting, resolves financial discrepancies, and coordinates with university offices and external agencies.

Conduct independent and collaborative behavioral science research, including study design, data collection, analysis, database management, manuscripts, reports, and presentations. Develop original experimental research in varied settings and collaborate with Booth faculty. Teach two sections of a quarter-long behavioral science course annually, participate in academic seminars and workshops, and contribute to research-related activities.

Conducts collaborative academic research with faculty, including data collection, statistical analysis, literature reviews, machine learning model training and evaluation, database management, and preparation of reports, manuscripts, and conference presentations. The role independently supports research design, guides analysis, and contributes to peer-reviewed scholarly publications while working closely with Professor Aragam.
