Coordinates Education department functions, including budgets, supplies, vendors, meetings, reports, events, student enrollment, instructor scheduling, uniforms, transcripts, licensing paperwork, and accreditation documentation. Provides administrative support to education leaders, instructors, students, and OEMs while maintaining compliance, confidentiality, and operational standards.

Manages the Education department and leads instructors through coaching, professional development, training, and performance support. Ensures program quality, legal and accreditation compliance, and a strong student learning experience. Provides student guidance, resolves challenges, collaborates across departments, and builds a motivated, high-performing team through effective leadership and recognition.

Oversee campus financial aid and student account operations, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and institutional regulations. Lead, develop, and evaluate staff; manage grants, loans, scholarships, work-study, and default management programs; and provide guidance to students and families. Collaborate with campus departments and external agencies, improve processing efficiency and student satisfaction, monitor performance metrics, resolve complex issues, and drive continuous operational improvement.
