Executes full-cycle recruiting, including partnering with hiring managers, updating job postings, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, interviewing, background checks, and onboarding. Manages job boards and hiring channels, develops interview procedures, supports workforce reporting, performance management, retention, employee development, engagement, and company culture initiatives. Leads work authorization compliance and contributes to HR process improvement and special projects.

Develop new business by gathering leads, making cold calls, scheduling appointments, and engaging small-to-medium-sized business owners. Introduce payment-processing solutions, collect business and financial information, analyze processing statements, maintain the sales pipeline, follow up with prospects, and meet sales targets. The role is fully onsite and requires fluent Vietnamese reading and writing proficiency.

Provides bilingual Vietnamese client support for credit card processing services. Responsibilities include processing applications, responding to client concerns, documenting interactions, resolving funding and payment terminal issues, translating between merchants and payment processors, providing technical assistance, managing call coverage, and supporting department improvement initiatives. The role is fully onsite in Plano, Texas, and requires Vietnamese reading and writing proficiency, customer service skills, problem-solving ability, and proficiency with Excel and Word.
