The Technical Support Intern will assist in device handling, inventory tracking, and deployment support while learning about payment terminals and CRM systems.

Provide onsite, client-facing technical support for POS software and hardware: install/configure systems, onboard and train users, perform remote troubleshooting, liaise with Sales and Development, and assist with inventory tracking.

Provide onsite client support and bilingual Spanish assistance for payment processing: process applications, resolve funding/terminal issues, log interactions, provide technical terminal support, communicate regulatory updates, escalate prioritized calls, and recommend improvements to department processes.
