Provides fully onsite technical support for POS software and hardware. Mandarin fluency in reading and writing is required, along with 1–2 years of POS systems experience.

Provides bilingual Vietnamese client support for payment processing services. Responsibilities include processing client applications, resolving customer concerns, documenting interactions, notifying clients of regulatory or service changes, translating between merchants and payment processors, troubleshooting terminal hardware, managing call escalations, and supporting department improvement initiatives. The role is fully onsite in Houston and requires Vietnamese reading and writing proficiency, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Excel and Word.
