Take over difficult automotive sales negotiations, structure deals, calculate payments, assess trade-ins, align credit profiles with lender guidelines, and address pricing or financing objections. Collaborate with the Finance and Insurance team to promote GAP and service contracts, while coaching sales consultants during live negotiations. Requires automotive sales and closing experience, F&I knowledge, valid driver’s and salesperson licenses, CRM and DMS proficiency, and strong communication skills.

Handles customer calls, internet and chat inquiries, sales appointment follow-up, initial financing discussions, lease buyout questions, lease maturity outreach, and upgrade opportunities with service customers. Maintains daily CRM records, provides product information, follows up with inactive or missed leads, and collaborates with dealership sales and management teams.
