As an Operations Assistant, you will handle receiving and dispatching products, manage returns, schedule deliveries, communicate with departments and customers, and assist in reporting.

Support daily last-mile dispatch operations: coordinate DSPs and drivers, prepare and launch morning routes, assign redeliveries, correct addresses, handle exception packages, and maintain real-time communication and reporting to ensure timely deliveries and operational accuracy.
