Coordinate daily with delivery service providers (DSPs) and drivers to ensure route readiness, attendance, and compliance. Execute morning dispatch (route preparation, device checks, briefings), assign redeliveries, handle exception packages, verify and correct addresses, and provide real-time communication and reports to dispatch, warehouse, and management to prevent backlog and improve operations.

The Operations Assistant coordinates daily logistics operations, including driver management, dispatch execution, redelivery assignments, address corrections, and exception handling to ensure efficient last-mile delivery services.

The Operations Assistant will support logistics by handling inbound products, coordinating shipments, resolving client inquiries, and conducting cycle counts while communicating effectively within the team.
