Handle inbound receiving, returns, inspection, stocking, and cycle counts. Coordinate pickups and delivery drivers, respond to customer inquiries, collect report data, and promote safe work practices. Perform weekly reports and other assigned duties.

Support daily last-mile dispatch operations: coordinate DSPs and drivers, prepare and launch morning routes, assign redeliveries, correct addresses, handle exception packages, and maintain real-time communication and reporting to ensure timely deliveries and operational accuracy.

The Operations Assistant will handle inbound products, coordinate shipments, communicate with departments, respond to inquiries, encourage safe practices, and assist with reporting.
