Teams at Unity

Develop foundational XR support for the Unity Engine by integrating third-party SDKs and next-generation hardware platforms. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver consistent AR/VR development experiences. Implement engine technologies, investigate issues, participate in code reviews and planning, and write automated tests. Coordinate with embedded QA to establish testing methodologies and maintain software quality.

Coordinates daily workplace operations for Unity’s Tel Aviv office, including food and beverage programs, vendor relationships, events, office administration, budgets, purchasing, access management, health and safety coordination, communications, and emergency response. The role partners with global workplace teams, site leads, Procurement, Security, EHS, and Design and Construction while supporting a positive employee and visitor experience.

Design, build, and modernize high-scale, low-latency backend services and APIs for ad delivery. Work on distributed systems, performance, observability, cost efficiency, and architecture while collaborating with product, data, and engineering teams in a remote-first environment.
