Provides a welcoming front-desk check-in experience for clinic patients and visitors. Responsibilities require customer service, accurate data entry, payment processing, appointment scheduling, computer and communication skills, and proficiency with electronic medical record and clinical scheduling systems. The role is full-time, four 10-hour days, supporting clinic operations Monday through Saturday.

Assists patients and community members with health insurance enrollment, healthcare navigation, outreach campaigns, and access to clinic and community resources. Documents enrollment and outreach activities, processes Sliding Fee Discount Program applications, and supports underserved populations. The role requires public-facing communication, accurate data entry, Microsoft Office proficiency, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Prepares for and responds to safety incidents involving patients and visitors, with emphasis on mental illness and substance use challenges. Uses communication, mediation, and conflict-resolution skills to support staff and protect people and facilities. Performs occasional janitorial, sanitation, trash pickup, shipping, receiving, disinfection, and supply-delivery duties. Travels between clinic locations as needed.

Lead a Federally Qualified Health Center, driving strategy, financial stability, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional clinical integration. Serve as public face, build community and funder relationships, and oversee operations across medical, behavioral health, dental, and pharmacy services.
