Lead and oversee complex employee relations matters, provide risk‑aware ER guidance,Coach and QA Case Advisors, manage investigations and conciliations, partner with stakeholders, monitor case progress, and drive continuous improvement of ER processes.

Provide personal care and daily living assistance to aged-care residents, follow individualised care plans, support mobility, hygiene and meals, and assist with community recreational and social activities to improve quality of life.
