Develop and govern the organisation-wide audit and assurance framework; conduct risk-based and thematic audits; analyse audit, incident and feedback data to identify systemic risks; prepare executive and board assurance reports; coordinate regulatory engagement and remediation; advise on aged care legislation and standards; design corrective actions and support assurance uplift across multiple services while maintaining independence.

Lead the launch and sales of a premium retirement living development in Bokarina. Manage the complete off-the-plan customer journey from qualified enquiry through reservation and settlement, while building purchaser relationships, coordinating internal and external stakeholders, resolving issues, and maintaining sales momentum. The role requires strong property sales expertise, knowledge of retirement village legislation, persuasive communication, organisation, and the ability to convert leads in a competitive market.
