The Implementation Manager at Uniti oversees the onboarding of new customers, managing everything from data collection to agent go-live, ensuring a smooth integration and continuous operational improvements.

Build and own Uniti’s growth marketing engine across content, product launches, video, website, email, paid campaigns, events, case studies, and sales enablement. Partner with product, sales, customer success, and leadership to develop positioning, campaigns, landing pages, and demand-generation programs that increase engagement and pipeline. Manage HubSpot segmentation, inbound marketing, customer stories, and AI-assisted content production in a fast-growing B2B AI startup.

Own AI product bets end to end, from customer discovery and data analysis through prototyping and production delivery. Build agentic workflows, harness improvements, integrations, backend systems, evaluation frameworks, instrumentation, and quality metrics. Collaborate with customers, go-to-market teams, founders, and platform engineering while making evidence-based product decisions. Requires strong backend and full-stack skills, production LLM experience, and comfort operating in an ambiguous early-stage startup environment.
