Lead India-based contract and legal operations teams to ensure SLA/quality compliance, drive process automation and efficiency, mentor staff, manage client escalations, and support regional business development and technology adoption.

Review, draft, negotiate, and manage commercial and IT contracts (SaaS, licensing, NDAs, MSAs, SOWs). Maintain SLAs/KPIs, identify and mitigate contractual risks, manage multiple transactions, liaise with clients and GC teams, maintain playbooks and procedures, and support shift-based/remote operations with adherence to information security policies.

The Sr Associate will manage client communications, ensuring timely submission of reports, handle multiple projects, and oversee key metrics for productivity and quality.
