Enter, verify, and maintain contract, invoice, payment, client, and project data. Manage onboarding documentation, organize financial records, prepare reports, resolve discrepancies, and coordinate with clients and internal teams. The role requires adherence to data-management procedures, company policies, regulatory requirements, and confidentiality standards, with familiarity with Dynamics 365, Excel reporting, Power BI, ERP systems, contract-to-cash processes, and basic accounting.

Manages patent docketing activities, including PTO deadlines, office actions, information disclosure statements, assignments, annuities, powers of attorney, foreign prosecution matters, and patent recordables. Maintains legal files and matter data, reviews documentation, orders patent records, coordinates with attorneys and outside counsel, and supports accurate, confidential, deadline-driven IP operations.
