Leads an Infrastructure Platform Engineering team responsible for production and non-production environments. Supervises daily operations, distributes workload, ensures service goals, communicates technical issues to business and technical stakeholders, manages vendors, and supports continuous improvement. The role requires enterprise IT experience, team leadership, Active Directory expertise, and familiarity with IIS, Linux, Kubernetes, Windows Server, provisioning, virtualization, networking, security, and infrastructure modernization.

Answer 700–900 inbound calls daily, provide prompt and accurate client assistance, obtain and share information using independent judgment, maintain cooperative relationships, learn organizational services, and perform effectively in a fast-paced, frequently interrupted call center environment.

A 12-week, fully onsite internship combining mortgage underwriting and risk management. Interns analyze loan and operational risk data, assess compliance with policies and regulations, create reports and Power BI dashboards, support training and risk initiatives, research industry practices, and present findings to senior leadership. The role is designed for students pursuing finance, business administration, risk management, or a related degree.
