Processes and validates loan data, labels and organizes documents, verifies income documentation, monitors approval requirements, reviews compliance information, and handles inbound and outbound calls. This on-site entry-level role provides training, mentorship, and career growth opportunities for detail-oriented candidates with strong communication, organizational, and basic computer skills.

Performs entry-level mortgage operations and document review, including data entry, loan package labeling, income and Social Security verification, document ordering and uploading, loan condition indexing, compliance review, summary report review, and inbound/outbound client calls. The role requires attention to detail, multitasking, technology comfort, and professional phone communication in an on-site, full-time office environment.
