Lead procurement and category management for clinical research: execute strategic sourcing, manage supplier relationships and contracts, run RFIs/RFQs/RFPs, analyze spend and material usage, ensure compliance (GxP), negotiate pricing/terms, drive continuous improvement and cost savings, and support CAPEX/service contracts and supplier risk mitigation.

Lead identification, evaluation, negotiation, and integration of strategic opportunities (acquisitions, divestitures, investments, licensing) across small molecules, biologics, and devices. Manage due diligence, deal structuring, financial modeling, market and regulatory analysis, and cross-functional teams. Build relationships with internal stakeholders and external advisors, mentor staff, and prepare executive-level recommendations and transaction-related legal filings.

Lead design and governance of compliance systems, data governance, reporting enablement, and third-party risk programs. Drive cross-functional initiatives, improve data quality and processes, manage releases/UAT, and partner with IT, Legal, Finance and business stakeholders to ensure sustainable, compliant operations and reporting.
