Lead creative strategy for paid performance channels across multiple social networking products. Oversee end-to-end ad creative production, develop testing methodologies, collaborate with User Acquisition, and build/manage a Creative Marketing team to hit product KPIs. Track creative performance and optimize processes to scale results.

Design and build a greenfield, high-load WebRTC/streaming infrastructure. Implement IaC, Kubernetes deployments, CI/CD and GitOps, autoscaling, observability, load testing, and performance/network optimizations to support low-latency, highly available streaming at scale.

Develop, maintain, and extend UI, API and E2E automated test suites using Playwright and TypeScript. Improve regression coverage and test framework stability, investigate test failures across layers, support debugging with developers, and participate in feature analysis to determine appropriate automation levels.
