Manage and develop the company’s treasury function across international banks, EMIs, payment systems, and crypto partners. Responsibilities include banking relationships, account management, KYC and regulatory compliance, FX risk mitigation, payment execution, cash and financial reporting, process automation, and ERP transition support. The role also involves optimizing banking costs, managing multi-currency cash flows, coordinating operational banking matters, and supporting strategic treasury projects.

Own the end-to-end creative strategy for paid acquisition across Meta and expanding channels. Lead research, concept development, production, testing, analysis, and iteration while connecting creative performance to registrations, purchases, revenue, and LTV. Build creative testing methodology, monitor competitors and trends, use AI tools to accelerate production, and hire and manage a team of six creative marketers and designers.

Supports core HR processes across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, welcome presentations, manager partnership, performance reviews, one-to-one meetings, adaptation tracking, documentation, and employee development. The role requires organized follow-through, clear communication, empathy, English proficiency, and basic HR process knowledge, with mentorship toward becoming an independent HR business partner.
