Supports warehouse customer account activities, including customer service, order processing, inbound and outbound documentation, inventory control, claims, reporting, and administrative functions. Assists with employee training, office systems, safety and sanitation compliance, accounts payable and receivable, and continuous improvement initiatives. Requires strong communication, accuracy, computer skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Lead two engineering teams modernizing a large Java monolith into an API-first, event-driven microservices platform on Azure. Own architecture, technical quality, delivery outcomes, reliability, observability, hiring, team development, vendor accountability, and roadmap execution. Partner with Architecture, Platform, SRE, QA, Product, and business stakeholders while guiding technical decisions, code quality, production readiness, and modernization tradeoffs.

Supervises industrial engineering operations for warehouse and distribution processes. Develops engineered labor standards, conducts work measurement and observation studies, maintains labor-management data integrity, and supports continuous improvement. Leads process changes, training, facility-layout recommendations, quality investigations, productivity metrics, incentive audits, budgeting, ROI analysis, and organizational project initiatives. The role also manages indirect labor time and presents operational improvement solutions to leadership.
