Prospect and manage customers in an assigned territory, call provided and self-generated leads, sell vehicle transport services, negotiate with shippers and carriers, ensure daily shipments run smoothly, maintain accurate Salesforce CRM records, and deliver strong customer service to build repeat business and commission income.

Support the Account Manager for national customer accounts by managing orders, monitoring inventory and SLA compliance, coordinating with dispatch and carriers, resolving issues, performing data analysis for reviews, and assisting billing and process improvements. Serve as secondary customer contact and help de-escalate problems while maintaining documentation and reporting.

Manage and investigate cargo claims for transportation customers: collect evidence, determine validity, negotiate settlements, track claim aging, generate reports, recommend carrier holds, process check requests, support quality initiatives, and optimize claims processes to reduce loss and meet departmental goals.

Supervise and enforce DOT/FMCSA compliance across terminals by monitoring CSA scores, reviewing violations, training staff, creating corrective action plans, and communicating findings to management and FMCSA.
