Participate in a structured sales development program focused on trench safety equipment rentals. Train alongside sales and operations teams, complete outbound campaigns, use sales and inventory systems, negotiate rental agreements, develop customer relationships, track performance, and prepare for promotion to Outside Sales Representative. The role includes coaching, jobsite ride-alongs, account strategy development, and branch-based training.

The role requires on-site branch attendance, customer engagement, teamwork, coaching participation, and progression toward an Outside Sales Representative position.

Outside Sales Representative responsible for growing revenue across a defined territory by developing customer relationships, prospecting new accounts, promoting equipment rental services, creating sales strategies, presenting solutions, and managing opportunities in Salesforce and other CRM tools. The role requires three years of sales experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, a valid driver’s license, and preferably construction equipment knowledge.
