Performs branch-support tasks for rental equipment, including inspecting returned equipment, checking safety and operating condition, cleaning, loading and unloading, preparing equipment for rental, and demonstrating equipment to customers. The associate may also drive delivery trucks for equipment pickups and drop-offs, maintain a safe work area, and assist service technicians, sales staff, and other branch personnel.

The Outside Sales Representative drives revenue across a defined territory by prospecting, qualifying accounts, building customer relationships, presenting equipment rental solutions, and developing sales strategies. The role manages existing and new accounts, supports cross-selling, monitors market conditions and competitors, and uses Salesforce.com and CRM tools to manage the opportunity pipeline. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, three years of sales experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, construction equipment knowledge, and a valid driver’s license are required or preferred as specified.
