Serves as a key customer contact for equipment rentals and services. Processes quotations, reservations, contracts, and accounts; negotiates pricing; dispatches delivery trucks; generates and follows up on leads; supports customer relationships; and maintains showroom presentation. Requires strong communication, multitasking, relationship-building, attention to detail, teamwork, and a valid driver's license.

Design electrical systems, one-line diagrams, MOPs, arc flash studies, and plot plans for site-specific projects. Evaluate site conditions, recommend equipment, ensure regulatory compliance, troubleshoot field installation issues, support sales proposals, and train technicians. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, at least two years of experience, electrical design expertise, familiarity with power generation systems, and proficiency in AutoCAD, SKM, and Microsoft Office.

Performs branch support tasks for rental equipment, including inspecting returned equipment, checking safety and operating condition, cleaning, loading and unloading, preparing equipment for rental, demonstrating equipment to customers, and driving delivery trucks for pickups and drop-offs. Requires safe work practices, customer service, teamwork, physical lifting ability, and a valid driver’s license.
