Manages Technical Analysts, oversees releases, testing, patching, disaster recovery, issue resolution, and technical resources. Facilitates Oracle ERP governance across Finance, HR, and Supply Chain, while owning UKG configuration, support, optimization, and timekeeping hardware. Partners with stakeholders on enterprise initiatives, prioritization, system integrity, and process improvements.
