Coordinates sales and logistics activities for club accounts, including inventory reporting, production orders, purchase order allocation, shipment tracking, supplier communication, and buyer issue resolution. Supports production and sales teams by monitoring timelines, managing approvals, resolving shipment discrepancies, and improving inventory and order-management procedures. Requires strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, organization, communication, analytical ability, and experience with club accounts.

Manage and grow off-price kids’ apparel accounts by developing sales strategies, acquiring new business, negotiating placements, overseeing orders, analyzing market performance, and maintaining buyer relationships. Coordinate with logistics, production, merchandising, planning, and order management teams to meet sales targets. Monitor inventory, pricing, order accuracy, and account performance while mentoring support staff and providing management updates. Travel domestically and internationally up to 20% or more.

Supports fashion production operations by tracking pre-production and top-of-production samples, managing trim layouts and labeling requirements, coordinating with overseas vendors, maintaining tracking sheets, supporting product testing and compliance, and collaborating with design, packaging, development, and quality assurance teams to meet production timelines.
