Creates and maintains product item setup data across ERP systems, including costing, coding, shipping details, and style attributes. Verifies data accuracy through item reports, troubleshoots errors, and coordinates with Sales, Production, Logistics, Merchandising, Order Management, and EDI teams. Designs and develops Hurley men's activewear from concept through production. Responsibilities include fashion trend research, seasonal CAD creation and recoloring, tech pack development, ERP updates, factory coordination, sample and color approval, and cross-functional collaboration with sales, buying, production, and technical design teams.

Leads fashion product design for Hurley’s men’s division, from trend research and sketching through CADs, tech packs, sampling, approvals, and pre-production. Develops commercially viable collections aligned with brand strategy, market trends, customer needs, and price points. Collaborates with sales, buying, production, and factories while managing PLM updates and product revisions.
