Teams at United Kingdom Atomic Energy Authority

Work with the CEO and Executive team to lead corporate governance, organisational strategy, major programmes, spending review planning, government and international engagement, strategic communications, and executive office operations to deliver the UKAEA Group's long-term fusion strategy.

Act as STEP Fusion's primary contact within the Trent Supercluster to gather regional intelligence across skills, supply chain and research, convert it into coordinated work packages, manage senior stakeholder relationships, and deliver insight-rich reporting, governance support and continuous improvement to drive regional economic growth and STEP programme alignment.

Lead mechanical design, integration and delivery of microwave plasma heating and current-drive systems for STEP. Provide technical strategy, systems engineering, procurement oversight, risk reduction R&D, and mentor multidisciplinary teams through design, manufacture, installation and commissioning.
