The Coordinator of Nursing Administration provides administrative and operational support to Nursing Administration leadership, ensuring efficient operations and coordination across departments.

Performs non-technical laboratory assignments under supervision, following hospital, infection control, laboratory, departmental, NYSDOH, and CDC procedures. Responsibilities include timely processing of specimens, prioritizing STAT specimens for immediate handling, and supporting laboratory services across hospitals and physician practices. The role is scheduled for 40 hours per week on an evening rotational shift.

Conducts full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, candidate and hiring manager relationship management, and support through background checks. Partners with HR business partners, Total Rewards, Talent Development, and HR Shared Services to meet staffing goals, provide an excellent candidate experience, and advise business leaders. Requires knowledge of assigned service lines and the ability to build trusted relationships across the organization.
