Plan and deliver orientation, in-service education, and staff development for maternity and newborn nursery staff. Ensure clinical competency, develop/review policies and procedures, provide specialty training, and collaborate with unit leaders to improve patient outcomes.

Schedule surgical procedures in ORSOS, arrange pre- and post-operative appointments, obtain insurance authorizations, coordinate with clinical teams, providers, and hospital staff to ensure timely patient care.

Provide financial expertise for an assigned area: analyze metric trends, prepare forecasts, produce accurate financial reports, identify issues and opportunities through benchmarking and analysis, and support decision-making with actionable insights.
