Supports payer relationships and revenue integrity by interpreting payer contracts and policies, removing reimbursement barriers, resolving complex billing issues, and coordinating accurate information between health plans and internal revenue cycle teams.

Leads Central Scheduling Access Care Representatives by monitoring task completion, schedule adherence, patient throughput, and staff development. Coaches employees, promotes operational balance, and increases team knowledge across Access Care functions. The role works 40 hours per week on the day shift within UHS Revenue Cycle Operations.

Reviews medical records and abstracts clinical data according to CMS, Joint Commission, accreditation, and insurance specifications. Supports quality improvement, regulatory compliance, performance measurement, and healthcare reporting. Collaborates with providers, clinical teams, and leadership to ensure data integrity, and educates medical staff and employees about Core Measures and quality reporting requirements.
