Leads quantitative and qualitative Medicaid policy research from project scoping through dissemination. Oversees data acquisition and analysis, monitors state and federal policy changes, develops briefs and presentations, conducts stakeholder interviews, supervises research staff, manages external collaborators, and translates findings into actionable recommendations for policymakers, providers, advocates, and the public.

Analyzes physician financial and operational data using Epic and related systems; prepares recurring reports, monitors KPIs, validates data, analyzes budget variances, and supports annual budgeting and rolling forecasts. The role also identifies reporting automation opportunities and collaborates with physician financial services leadership, practice managers, and finance teams.

Process payroll functions, maintain and configure payroll and scheduling systems, perform daily payroll maintenance, ensure quality standards, and support Payroll and Finance leadership with ad hoc assignments.
