The role requires phone-based communication, organization, time management, computer proficiency, and an entrepreneurial, goal-oriented mindset.

Contact and qualify inbound and trade-show leads for franchise development, engage prospects by phone and email, collaborate with Regional VPs to ensure quality lead flow, learn company franchises and internal departments, and provide excellent customer service to support franchise sales.

Leads franchise sales and growth across an assigned region by presenting franchise offerings, managing prospects and franchisee relationships, coordinating discovery tours, developing broker and consultant partnerships, and attending trade shows. The role requires frequent regional prospect meetings, virtual presentations, CRM usage, goal achievement, and travel of up to 50%. Compensation includes an $80,000–$90,000 base salary plus uncapped commissions.
