Serve as the primary liaison between franchise sales, lending partners, and candidates to coordinate financing from prequalification through funding. Evaluate prospects' funding readiness, manage lender relationships, remove deal roadblocks, track progress, and expand referral networks while providing clear guidance to candidates.

Drive franchise growth by presenting brand offerings, qualifying and sending leads, maintaining franchisee relationships, developing partnerships, working with brokers, attending trade shows, and conducting virtual and in-person meetings across an assigned region. Role requires driving to meet prospects and up to 50% travel.

Lead Black Optix Tint as Brand President, setting strategic direction, driving franchise development, overseeing operations, marketing, finance, P&L, training, and field support to scale growth and ensure franchise performance.
