Provide franchisees operational support and training across a region, drive profitability through P&L reviews and sales strategies, implement startup and catering programs, ensure brand compliance and safety, and support new store launches while traveling extensively (50-75%).

Lead regional franchise development by presenting brand offerings, managing prospects and franchisee relationships, working with brokers, attending trade shows, conducting discovery tours and virtual meetings, and driving sales growth. Role requires regional travel and daily in-person prospect visits, supported by base salary plus uncapped commissions.
