Leads United Food Bank’s annual giving program, including revenue strategy, donor acquisition, retention, renewal, reactivation, and upgrades. Manages direct mail, email, digital appeals, giving days, vendors, budgets, and campaign calendars. Uses segmentation, testing, donor data, and performance analysis to optimize fundraising outcomes. Partners with Marketing and Philanthropy teams on messaging, storytelling, reporting, donor experience, and campaign execution.

The Controller oversees daily accounting operations, general ledger management, financial close, reconciliations, financial statements, cash flow, restricted funds, grants, inventory valuation, internal controls, compliance, audits, tax filings, and financial policies. The role supports the CFO and collaborates with departments on budgeting, grant reporting, allocations, and regulatory requirements for United Food Bank and its subsidiary.

Serve as front-desk receptionist and provide high-level administrative support to the Chief Administrative Officer and Finance team. Manage reception operations, mail, deliveries, and visitor relations; create and maintain SOPs, training materials, and digital filing; support AI tool adoption and documentation; coordinate meetings, prepare professional documents, and assist across departments as needed.
