Entry-level, hands-on role training individuals in industrial coatings. Support surface preparation, coating application, equipment setup/cleanup, mixing materials, environmental monitoring, and safety practices while traveling extensively (90%).

Support sales, field techs, engineers, and contractors on water and wastewater projects. Perform pump system and treatment design, hydraulic modeling, pump selection, controls configuration, quoting, cost estimating, technical writing, specifications, project management, start-up support, troubleshooting, and regulatory compliance.
