Leads engineering resource allocation across concurrent industrial automation and systems-integration projects while contributing as a senior technical engineer. Responsibilities include capacity planning, project staffing, technical reviews, troubleshooting, estimating, FAT, commissioning, capability development, manufacturing collaboration, and improving resource planning through project performance data. The role is onsite in Sacramento with up to 10% travel and focuses on panel design, PLC, SCADA/HMI, networking, telemetry, testing, and field execution.

Leads the full lifecycle of Quickbase and enterprise applications, including architecture, development, integrations, testing, deployment, documentation, training, support, and continuous improvement. Builds REST APIs, SQL-based ETL processes, AI automations, and enterprise integrations. Manages vendors, stakeholder requirements, application security, compliance, dashboards, service metrics, and escalated support issues while driving business-process automation and technical standards.

Owns the rolling master production schedule, balancing customer demand, capacity, materials, inventory, and delivery commitments. Leads rough-cut capacity planning, schedule change control, S&OP meetings, and coordination across Sales, Operations, Purchasing, and Materials. Maintains MRP/TRP planning parameters, monitors schedule and delivery KPIs, resolves execution variances, and reviews estimate-to-complete files and work order cost discrepancies.
