Provides desktop and technical support to end users across multiple bank locations. Installs, configures, tests, repairs, and troubleshoots hardware, operating systems, applications, printers, and software. Responds to support requests through phone, email, chat, and web inquiries; logs, prioritizes, resolves, and escalates help desk tickets. Performs diagnostics and root-cause analysis, documents solutions, trains users, maintains confidentiality, and supports BSA-related duties.

Support and administer the commercial loan operations system, provide user support and troubleshooting, develop reports and procedures, assist testing and implementation of system enhancements, drive process improvements for credit and lending, create end-user documentation, train users, research and escalate issues, and maintain compliance with lending regulations and Bank Secrecy Act duties.

Perform quality assurance reviews of commercial, mortgage, and consumer loan files to verify documentation accuracy, compliance, and data integrity. Conduct pre- and post-closing reviews, validate core system records, identify trends and risks, recommend corrective actions, and support process improvements, training, and regulatory adherence.
