Participate in an 18–24-month rotational training program covering warehouse operations, counter sales, product groups, inside sales, business development, and outside sales shadowing. Develop product knowledge, quoting, order management, prospecting, customer relationship, and sales skills. Complete industry training and NAED EPEC certification modules, then transition into an outside sales or account representative role managing customer relationships and territory growth.

Manages inventory and onsite service activities at customer project locations. Responsibilities include organizing and replenishing trailer or mobile cart inventory, conducting weekly site visits, coordinating closeouts and returns, tracking labor and mileage, updating ERP systems, preparing assets for redeployment, delivering materials by van, and supporting government bid administration. The role requires safe material handling, customer collaboration, accurate inventory control, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
