Coordinate patient referrals and scheduling for procedures and follow-up visits, maintain physician schedules, obtain accurate patient documentation, communicate with patients and referring providers, support front-office functions, ensure HIPAA compliance, and provide coverage across metro office locations as directed.

Provide individualized nursing care to patients in the endoscopy center per physician orders and policies. Plan, execute, and evaluate nursing care across all patient phases, administer IV conscious sedation after required airway training and testing, maintain certifications (BLS; ACLS recommended), and possibly travel to sister centers. Works independently with minimal supervision.

Front-office clinic role supporting physicians and managers with patient check-in, payments, scheduling, record updates in Greenway, HIPAA compliance, phone/email communications, and other clinic administrative duties.
