Provide individualized nursing care to endoscopy patients across all phases of care per physician orders and facility policies; prepare, execute, and evaluate nursing interventions; must be self-directed and may travel to sister center.

Greet and check in patients, verify/update records in Greenway, collect co-pays, manage patient payments and charts, monitor schedule and patient flow, handle calls/emails, ensure referrals and HIPAA compliance, and perform cross-trained front-desk and administrative clinic tasks.

Provide front-desk patient support for a specialty clinic: greet patients, manage check-in/check-out, collect payments, update records in Greenway, handle phone/email communications, coordinate patient flow and referrals, and support other practice functions per manager direction while maintaining HIPAA confidentiality.
