Performs routine and specialized quality and safety testing on raw materials, in-process materials, and finished dairy products. Conducts fat, protein, pH, acidity, moisture, total solids, antibiotic, and aflatoxin analyses while maintaining accurate data and complying with SOPs, GLP, HACCP, GMP, GDP, and safety requirements. Works 12-hour shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, in a sanitary laboratory and food manufacturing environment.

Operate butter and powder packaging equipment, including fillers, palletizers, coding, metal detection, bulk filling, and remelting systems. Package, palletize, shrink-wrap, and prepare products for shipping. Perform equipment startup, shutdown, cleaning, sanitation, housekeeping, supply stocking, recordkeeping, and production support. Follow SOPs, HACCP, GMP, quality, and safety requirements while reporting equipment problems and nonconformities.

As a Process Operator, oversee receiving, cleaning, and loading of dairy products, ensuring food safety, sanitation, and quality standards are met while performing data entry and coordinating tanker traffic.
