Teams at United Dairymen of Arizona

Performs routine and specialized laboratory testing of raw materials, in-process dairy products, and finished goods. Conducts analyses for fat, protein, pH, acidity, moisture, total solids, antibiotics, and aflatoxins. Maintains accurate data, follows SOPs, GLP, HACCP, GMP, GDP, and safety requirements, participates in proficiency testing, and keeps the laboratory sanitary. Requires the ability to work extended 12-hour shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, while safely handling chemicals and laboratory equipment.
