Oversee outpatient substance use disorder and mental health programs, including daily workflow, staff supervision, quality metrics, hiring, onboarding, training, and documentation compliance. Provide direct assessments and individual or group therapy, coordinate referrals and community partnerships, support program development, and deliver consultation and education services to agencies and professionals.

Manage and supervise outpatient SUD program staff, provide clinical assessments and individual/group therapy, coordinate community partnerships, ensure documentation compliance, support program development, quality improvement, and staff training/onboarding.

Provide assessments and individual, family, group, and substance-use counseling; coordinate services and referrals; deliver consultation and education to schools and agencies; perform clinical case management and documentation; participate in team and administrative meetings. Must follow HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2, and may perform specialized SUD screening and evaluations.

Provide community-based, family-focused case management and crisis intervention for high-risk youth. Coordinate services with DCF, schools, and providers; conduct assessments and individualized service plans; track client metrics and reports; attend interagency meetings and support program activities including summer camps.

Provide clinical services, counseling, case management, and consultation for children and families with intensive needs in various settings.

The Behavior Interventionist provides behavioral support and intervention to help clients adjust to classroom expectations and enhance connections among home, school, and community.

The Outpatient Clinician offers clinical services to mental health and substance use clients, including assessments, counseling, case management, and community consultation while coordinating with other agencies.

The Behavior Interventionist provides behavioral support and case management to students with emotional and behavioral difficulties, facilitating their adjustment to classroom expectations and strengthening connections among home, school, and community.
