Provides direct care and supervision for K-8 participants in an after-school program. Leads enrichment activities, athletics, workshops, games, and social-skills development; maintains attendance records; promotes safety; resolves conflicts; supervises volunteers; and collaborates with school staff, families, community partners, and agency teams. The role requires youth engagement, program planning, leadership, communication, and participation in required training.

Provides technology implementation, application support, data entry and validation, reporting, attendance and meal-count monitoring, and administrative support for Early Learning programs. Assists staff and families with system access and troubleshooting, trains users, tracks compliance and documentation, identifies discrepancies, and coordinates with IT, vendors, Finance, and program leadership. Travels between program sites as needed and supports audits, licensing, enrollment, and reporting activities.

Leads graphic design projects for UCC and Latino Arts, managing design workflows, stakeholder collaboration, quality control, vendor relationships, asset libraries, and timely delivery of digital and print materials. Supports marketing initiatives through event assistance, social media content, brand development, and strategic design choices. Requires strong communication, organization, attention to detail, and proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.

The Recovery Support Coordinator provides tailored recovery support services, develops Recovery Plans, coordinates care, and connects clients with community resources while maintaining documentation and client advocacy.

Provide programs for Hispanics and near south side residents in education, cultural arts, recreation, community development, and health services.

Provides executive and administrative support to the Director and Human Services leadership team. Manages calendars, correspondence, meetings, travel, communications, files, inventory, purchasing, expenses, mileage, payroll documentation, time-off tracking, and office requests. Supports recruiting interviews, onboarding, and departmental communications. Serves as a liaison between leadership, employees, agencies, and external stakeholders. Requires bilingual communication skills, strong organization, computer proficiency, and local travel for supplies.
