Conduct quality-control sampling and testing of BSA/AML and OFAC reviews, including SARs, CTRs, transaction monitoring alerts, high-risk customer reviews, and sanctions alerts. Collects past-due consumer and commercial loan payments through phone, letter, and email contact. Documents collection activity, researches account discrepancies, updates customer records, assists with repossessions, and follows banking policies and applicable regulations. Requires strong organization, communication, negotiation, computer, problem-solving, and multitasking skills, with in-house training provided.
