Supports commercial credit administration through data entry, reporting, portfolio monitoring, system testing, business-user support, policy improvement, and acquisition or conversion activities. Maintains Annual Review database accuracy, develops test cases for Moody’s CreditLens and lending systems, resolves operational and technical issues, and supports credit reporting and risk dashboards. The role collaborates across departments, contributes to lending sub-projects, and requires schedule flexibility, occasional travel, and on-site work.

Supports discretionary portfolio construction and ongoing management for high-net-worth and institutional clients. Assists with rebalancing, trade execution, cash management, investment research, performance monitoring, reporting, client presentations, and regulatory compliance. Collaborates with private bankers, trust officers, and senior investment professionals while supporting client relationships and maintaining accurate records.

Processes new and replacement debit cards, maintains card accounts, resolves rejected orders, manages returned mail and closure reports, and responds to ATM, ITM, debit card, and mobile wallet inquiries. Monitors ATM/ITM status, submits service calls, supports internal customers, follows banking regulations and procedures, and cross-trains across department functions. The role requires accuracy, strong communication, customer service, independent work, and schedule flexibility for evenings and weekends.
