Own and deliver onboarding, employee engagement, performance support, and culture-building across the employee lifecycle. Manage HRIS and employee records, partner with Talent Acquisition and People Operations, and provide operational HR support to managers and leadership to ensure employees feel welcomed, connected, and supported.

Supervise onsite IT support and managed service desk operations, ensure SLAs, manage vendor relationships, oversee asset/change management, support application, network/telephony, AV and infrastructure refreshes, assist Director of IT during outages and projects, support audits, compliance, and M&A activities.

Prepare compliant loan documentation for new, renewed, and modified loans; coordinate with account officers, title companies, and internal departments to obtain required documents; review for accuracy and regulatory compliance; assist in training, monthly tracking and reporting, and recommend process improvements.
