Teams at United Business Bank

Lead all commercial banking activities for the Los Angeles market, driving CRE and C&I loan origination and portfolio growth, deposit and cash management business development, credit quality, team development, and community presence. Build and manage a high-performing relationship management team, execute market strategy, and represent the bank to grow market share and revenue while maintaining regulatory compliance and sound credit practices.

Supervise onsite IT support and managed service desk operations, ensure SLAs, manage vendor relationships, oversee asset/change management, support application, network/telephony, AV and infrastructure refreshes, assist Director of IT during outages and projects, support audits, compliance, and M&A activities.

Prepare, review, and ensure compliant loan documentation for new, renewed, and modified loans. Coordinate with account officers, title companies, and internal departments, assist with training, reporting, and process improvements, and support the Documentation Manager on projects.
