Manage daily lumberyard operations, including warehouse inventory levels, shipping logistics, employee staffing, scheduling, safety, and process management. Supervise employees, maintain inventory controls, analyze data, exercise sound judgment, and ensure efficient handling of lumber and residential building materials.

Provides administrative support for residential construction sales operations by filing documents, preparing reports, coordinating document flow between sales and corporate offices, managing the retail sales office calendar and staffing coverage, and delivering customer service. The role requires strong organization, communication, attention to detail, flexibility, and at least three years of administrative experience. Construction or new-home sales office experience is preferred, as is bilingual English and Spanish capability.
