Performs general ledger reconciliations, investment transaction analysis, financial statement preparation, payroll processing, accounts receivable maintenance, budgeting, audit support, and regulatory reporting for multiple retirement-related entities. Maintains accounting records, subsidiary ledgers, journal entries, payroll files, and petty cash while collaborating with the accounting team and ensuring timely, accurate, and confidential work.

Performs pension accounting for benefit payments, bank activity, journal entries, reconciliations, accounts receivable, employer contributions, tax filing data, and general ledger records. Maintains pensioner and beneficiary records, prepares payment and reporting files, supports audits, resolves payment inquiries, and provides customer service to retirees and beneficiaries. Ensures accuracy, GAAP compliance, and timely completion of accounting procedures and reports.
