Drives vehicle sales through digital channels by managing online leads, conducting virtual consultations, presenting vehicle details and promotions, and supporting financing and after-sales inquiries. Maintains CRM records, collaborates with dealership sales and marketing teams, monitors conversion and engagement metrics, prepares performance reports, and improves digital sales processes. Builds customer relationships through timely follow-ups and responsive online service.
