Lead project planning and scheduling for joinery/construction projects: create and maintain schedules, allocate resources, assess risks, track costs and quality, manage change impacts, report progress, and improve planning processes.

Lead and optimize all operational activities across departments (Operations, Marketing, Finance). Develop and implement strategies, manage budgets, enforce protocols, drive process improvements, oversee HR coordination and training, control expenses and procurement, support marketing initiatives, ensure compliance with UAE veterinary regulations, identify expansion opportunities, and maintain high international service standards to maximize revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Lead end-to-end delivery of corporate IT projects (applications, infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, networks). Define scope, schedules, coordinate technical teams and vendors, manage risks, oversee UAT, ensure documentation, training, and handover to operations.
