Manages valuations, trade-ins, consignments, inspections, reconditioning coordination, pricing, negotiations, documentation, and settlements. Monitors automotive market trends and resale potential while maintaining relationships with sellers, dealers, brokers, suppliers, and customers. The role is responsible for profitability, margin targets, customer consultation, and transaction follow-up.

Acts as a brand ambassador and product expert in an automotive showroom. Provides vehicle demonstrations, test drives, technology explanations, customer guidance, and exceptional guest experiences without direct sales pressure. Supports sales teams, shares product knowledge, manages customer interactions in OEM and CRM systems, provides feedback and reporting, and delivers training. Requires automotive customer service experience, strong communication, product knowledge, administrative ability, a UAE driving license, and native Arabic fluency.
