Installs, calibrates, configures, and supports precision grade-control systems on compact construction and other John Deere equipment. Troubleshoots field issues, supports GPS integration and correction signals, provides technical recommendations, trains customers and employees, and assists sales and service teams with demonstrations and technical support. The role develops precision strategies, supports agriculture, golf, turf, and landscape technology applications, and travels throughout the dealership territory with overnight stays as needed.

Sells new and used agricultural, compact construction, and turf equipment within an assigned territory. Responsibilities include maintaining product knowledge, monitoring competitors and customer business trends, managing customer information, following the sales process, conducting field demonstrations, supporting customer events, explaining financing options, attending training, and evaluating used equipment for trade-ins. The role requires customer relationship management, communication, basic sales report analysis, and flexibility for outdoor fieldwork.
