Manage and grow key customer accounts for a John Deere dealership by building relationships, identifying needs, proposing solutions (equipment, parts, services, financing), coordinating demonstrations and dealer resources, meeting sales targets, maintaining CRM records, and staying current on products and industry trends.

Provide equipment management advice and product support sales to assigned territories: research parts, perform undercarriage inspections, maintain customer relationships, grow product support business, and collaborate with territory sales reps to increase parts, labor, and equipment sales.

Sell new and used agricultural, compact construction, and turf equipment to new and existing customers. Maintain product knowledge, customer records, and inventory awareness. Follow defined sales processes, conduct equipment demonstrations, assist with events, understand financing options, analyze basic sales reports and trends, attend training, and provide excellent customer service.
