Manage whole goods inventory presentation, tracking, receipting and DIT compliance. Load/unload and stage equipment, perform lot and facility upkeep, resolve inventory discrepancies, complete audits and pictures for movements, and support service staging and deliveries while following safety procedures.

Manage relationships and sales for key customer accounts (equipment, parts, services). Assess customer needs, develop solutions, meet sales targets, coordinate demos, update CRM, collaborate with dealership teams, and participate in industry associations.

Sell new and used agricultural, compact construction, and turf equipment to new and existing customers. Maintain product knowledge, customer records, and inventory. Follow a defined sales process, conduct field demonstrations, assist events, understand financing options, analyze sales data and trends, attend training, and evaluate used equipment values for trades.
