Provides administrative support for the Development team by processing gifts and pledges, maintaining donor records in Bloomerang, reconciling gifts, preparing fundraising reports, coordinating acknowledgments and stewardship communications, responding to donor inquiries, and supporting campaigns, events, mailings, meetings, files, calendars, and departmental systems.

Leads United Ability’s strategy, operations, finances, organizational growth, public policy advocacy, fundraising, communications, and community partnerships. The CEO collaborates with the Board and executive team to implement the strategic plan, strengthen programs and revenue, develop partnerships, oversee personnel and business activities, ensure legal and ethical compliance, and serve as the organization’s primary spokesperson and advocate for people with disabilities.
