Supports an assistive technology program by managing lending-library inventory, setting up and testing devices, maintaining records, entering data, responding to information requests, and assisting with events, demonstrations, workshops, and trainings. Collaborates with program staff to ensure smooth operations and access to assistive technology. Requires strong organization, communication, Excel skills, technical troubleshooting ability, independent work, lifting up to 60 pounds, driving, and some overnight travel.

Coordinates and expands disability employment services by recruiting participants, engaging community partners, facilitating events and college-prep programming, and providing individualized job coaching and life-skills support. The role manages participant caseloads, maintains records, evaluates programs, and collaborates with internal and external partners to improve outcomes. Evening and weekend flexibility is required, along with independent organization, strong communication, and reliable internet access.

Leads United Ability’s strategy, operations, finances, organizational growth, public policy advocacy, fundraising, communications, and community partnerships. The CEO collaborates with the Board and executive team to implement the strategic plan, strengthen programs and revenue, develop partnerships, oversee personnel and business activities, ensure legal and ethical compliance, and serve as the organization’s primary spokesperson and advocate for people with disabilities.
