Teams at United Ability, Inc.

Provides supported employment and transition services to individuals with disabilities. Responsibilities include job development, placement, onboarding, job coaching, work-based learning support, pre-employment instruction, career exploration, workplace readiness, documentation, billing, and coordination with individuals, families, schools, employers, and ADRS counselors. The role maintains a caseload and supports long-term employment success across community, school, and remote settings.

Leads United Ability’s strategy, operations, finances, organizational growth, public policy advocacy, fundraising, communications, and community partnerships. The CEO collaborates with the Board and executive team to implement the strategic plan, strengthen programs and revenue, develop partnerships, oversee personnel and business activities, ensure legal and ethical compliance, and serve as the organization’s primary spokesperson and advocate for people with disabilities.
