Leads enterprise data architecture and platform strategy while designing scalable ETL, batch, streaming, and data warehouse pipelines. Develops solutions with Airflow, Python, DBT, Snowflake, Kafka, Spark, AWS, and SQL. Builds CI/CD pipelines, data quality frameworks, monitoring dashboards, and reliability processes using Jenkins, Datadog, Docker, and Kubernetes. Advises leadership, supports cross-functional data initiatives, and establishes governance and engineering standards.

Lead end-to-end enterprise implementations as project manager and customer point of contact. Responsibilities include assessing workflows, managing configurations and go-live support, coordinating cross-functional dependencies, developing training and documentation, launching coordinated care networks, managing project plans, supporting SAML SSO implementations, and maintaining project pipeline data. The role requires strong customer relationship management, communication, consultative problem-solving, adaptability, and data analysis skills.

Own strategic customer relationships and account outcomes across complex healthcare and government accounts. Drive platform adoption, value realization, retention, renewals, expansion, and risk mitigation. Lead executive stakeholder conversations, business reviews, escalations, and cross-functional customer initiatives. Use customer and platform data to develop success plans, improve workflows, identify opportunities, and advocate for customer needs. Serve as a thought partner and resource to peers.
