Lead and scale Product Development Operations across Product, Engineering, Design, and Data. Own release management, tooling and workflow governance (Jira, Airfocus, Pendo, Confluence), product analytics enablement, design and research operations, KPI reporting, OKR/quarterly planning, and a small operations and UX design team. Drive processes, tooling, cross-functional alignment, and continuous improvement to improve predictability and delivery.

Lead federal and state policy and regulatory strategy on Social Determinants of Health (SDoH). Monitor legislation and regulations, translate changes into actionable guidance, support partners and agencies with implementation, drive advocacy and thought leadership, and align policy insights with product, partnerships, and go-to-market efforts to advance cross-sector collaboration and sustainable funding.

Design and implement data architecture, build and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines (Snowflake, Airflow, DBT), ensure data quality and accessibility, support onboarding and on-call operations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable healthcare analytics solutions.
