Leads complex Data and AI client engagements from problem definition through technical delivery. Owns client relationships, delivery outcomes, architecture, implementation quality, team leadership, and account growth. Translates business challenges into requirements, roadmaps, system designs, and executable delivery plans while remaining hands-on with production systems. The role spans GenAI, AI engineering, data platforms, cloud, machine learning, and software engineering.

Own end-to-end recruiting for technology and consulting roles, from hiring-manager intake through offer closing. Build talent networks and support Unit8’s expansion into new markets, particularly the United States. Partner with hiring managers and technical interviewers to define hiring criteria, assess candidates, and improve recruiting consistency. Use AI tools and help develop recruiting agents to reduce repetitive work. The role requires clear English communication and strong sourcing, stakeholder-management, and candidate-evaluation skills.
