Teams at Unit4

Provide administrative support to Heads of Engineering and the CTO EA: manage complex calendars, arrange domestic/international travel, update documentation, raise POs and process expenses, handle correspondence, coordinate meetings and stakeholders, and maintain confidentiality.

Provide first-line application and IT support for Unit4 ERP customers: investigate, document and resolve support cases, escalate complex issues to R&D, propose service improvements, handle customer escalations, and mentor junior team members while complying with company security and quality standards.

Lead and manage customer support teams for core ERP products, ensure consistent excellent customer experience, own escalations, track and improve service metrics, promote AI augmentation, support knowledge management, and drive team development and retention.
