Translate business and technical problems into precise specifications for AI-assisted software development. Collaborate with engineers, designers, and domain experts to define requirements, clarify ambiguity, evaluate AI tools, document decisions, and assess where AI helps or fails. The internship is open to students from any academic field who are enrolled at the University of Granada and eligible for an ICARO internship.

Own the full new-business sales cycle for enterprise software, from prospecting and territory planning through negotiation and close. Build executive relationships, develop pipelines, create business cases, acquire new customers, and consistently exceed sales targets. Collaborate with pre-sales, marketing, customer success, and partners to position solutions, address business challenges, and deliver predictable revenue growth.

Own Unit4’s global ESG and compliance programs, including CSRD, climate disclosures, anti-bribery controls, sanctions and export compliance, policy lifecycle management, training, regulatory monitoring, and risk assessments. Build scalable compliance processes, manage ESG data and reporting infrastructure, advise cross-functional teams, support customer questionnaires and RFPs, and independently execute compliance workstreams in a remote-first, multinational SaaS environment.
