Provides first-line application and IT support to Unit4 customers, investigates and documents defects, manages escalations, coordinates with colleagues and R&D, and identifies service improvements. The role requires fluent English and Swedish, strong analytical and customer-service skills, familiarity with Microsoft technologies, ServiceNow, ITIL, and potentially Unit4 ERP modules. It also includes mentoring less experienced colleagues and maintaining a personal technical and professional development plan.

Leads pre-sales solution consulting for Unit4’s ERP software, partnering with sales and cross-functional teams throughout customer engagements. Responsibilities include executive discovery, translating business requirements into solution strategies, delivering tailored demonstrations, shaping competitive opportunities, supporting RFPs and business cases, and providing thought leadership. The role requires connecting technology capabilities to measurable business outcomes, understanding Dutch public-sector organizations, and influencing strategic decisions through strong communication and consultative expertise.

Own the technical development, security, maintenance, and system analysis of core HRMS modules, including payroll, time, leave, and claims management. Develop software functions, unit tests, and user-story code using architectural standards and test-driven development. Participate in Scrum ceremonies, review test cases, troubleshoot defects through root cause analysis, and deliver sustainable system improvements. Apply expertise in regional payroll regulations and HRMS best practices across multiple Asian markets.
