As a Senior Backend Engineer, you'll develop scalable backend services, manage features, solve complex problems, and collaborate with teams in a microservices environment.

Lead cross-team technical initiatives to improve reliability, performance, cost, developer experience, security, and scalability of a large-scale distributed microservices platform. Design and implement core platform solutions, contribute hands-on to infrastructure work, and drive long-term engineering practices and architecture.

The People & Talent Partner will lead talent acquisition and act as a strategic advisor for employee lifecycle management in a high-growth tech environment.
