Leads presales solution architecture for strategically important clients, designing tailored solutions aligned with business needs and company offerings. Presents technical proposals and demonstrations to senior decision-makers, partners with sales, product, and engineering teams, and oversees RFP/RFI responses. Evaluates solution risks, security, regulatory, and operational compliance while providing trusted technical guidance and cultivating long-term client relationships.

Provides guided Windows systems administration support, including device configuration and troubleshooting, network diagram and configuration documentation, issue response, hardware request evaluation, systems issue research, and project task assistance. Documents activities, follows systems administration standards, and supports special projects. Requires a bachelor’s degree and 0–2 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Supports integrated industry marketing programs for a global technology company, including demand generation, content and client stories, digital campaigns, events, webpages, media and analyst initiatives, sales enablement, and internal training. The role tracks budgets, timelines, KPIs, and webpage performance while coordinating stakeholders across marketing, sales, business units, agencies, and external partners to increase brand awareness, strengthen client relationships, and generate qualified pipeline.
