Teams at Unisys

Leads large, complex enterprise projects involving multiple teams and external activities. Represents Unisys with senior client stakeholders, oversees project initiation through completion, identifies strategic opportunities, manages risks, drives process improvements, and advises executives on critical projects.

Develops reusable automation for Windows, Linux, storage, and backup operations. Identifies repetitive work through interviews and ServiceNow data, then builds Ansible playbooks, Terraform infrastructure, GitLab CI/CD pipelines, Vault integrations, and secure JFrog artifact workflows. Measures automation impact, documents processes, validates replacements for manual procedures, and collaborates across operations, development, and security teams.

Provides enterprise technical support and engineering for Microsoft Teams, Direct Routing, SBCs, meeting room systems, contact center solutions, and unified communications environments. The role involves troubleshooting networking, VoIP, SIP, QoS, routing, switching, WAN/LAN technologies, administering Teams tools, supporting global deployments, and collaborating with customers and internal teams.
