Design, implement, administer, troubleshoot and optimize enterprise backup solutions (Druva primary, CommVault, Rubrik, NetBackup, Veeam). Manage cloud-native backups (AWS/Azure), automate operations with SRE/DevOps tools, lead incident/change/problem management per ITIL, perform audits/DR exercises, handle escalations, vendor engagement, capacity planning, reporting, documentation, and provide 24x7 rotational/on-call support.

Manage end-to-end CRM campaign creation, data integrity, lead flow, and funnel optimization. Build reporting and insights, refine lead scoring with Field Marketing, troubleshoot system issues, and recommend tactics to improve digital engagement.

Provide Level 2 network monitoring, advanced troubleshooting, and incident remediation in a 24x7 NOC. Support routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and load balancers; own Level 2 tickets, document root causes, produce operational reports, update network documentation, and create runbooks for Level 1 analysts. Work rotating shifts and support export-control eligibility requirements.
