Own the technical onboarding and administration of the Anthropic Claude platform, lead knowledge-transfer from outgoing providers, produce runbooks and L1.5/L2 support documentation, support incident escalation, enable RBAC and governance, track platform changes for FinOps/adoption, and deliver consulting advisory and PoC work.

Design, implement, and administer enterprise backup environments (Druva primary; CommVault, Rubrik, NetBackup, Veeam). Manage cloud-native backups (AWS/Azure), automate operations with SRE/DevOps tools, troubleshoot escalations, run audits and DR exercises, track capacity, generate reports, follow ITIL incident/change/problem processes, engage vendors, document configurations, and participate in 24x7 rotational/on-call support.

Provide onsite field engineering support for large/complex clients: own service activities, perform advanced maintenance and low-complexity installs, resolve technical issues, improve processes, mentor team members, and contribute to service documentation and metrics.
